Chocos Almond Laddoo

The word Chocos used here refers to the famous Kellogg's Chocos, ya i used this for making laddoos and my kid loved it a lotttt....Chocos is a gr8 breakfast for my son, and i feel relieved after giving it to him..So i decided to make something healthy and different out of it...Hubby was surprised by eating it and think i made the famous mathura peda...So it was a big hit at my home...:-)

We love sweets a lot, so i thought of making something sweet yet healthy, and after searching in my kitchen, i decided 2 make something different by using kellogg's chocos and almonds...So here i am sharing this Chocos Almond Laddoo recipe with U all for trying it out....:-)

Ingredients :-

  1. Whole almond - 100gm
  2. Kellogg's Chocos - 100gm
  3. Pistachio - 20gm
  4. Thick Cream - 30gm
  5. Sugar - 50gm
  6. Condensed Milk - 40gm
  7. Ghee/Butter/Refined Oil - 2 tsp
  8. Milk Powder - 3 tbsp
  9. Chopped Nuts - 1tbsp

Method :-

Roast the almonds in microwave/pan/tawa for 3-4 min until the skin begins to crackle.
When it cool down grind it with pistachio to a fine powder.
Grind Kellogg's chocos and sugar to a fine powder.
Take a big bowl and mix in both the above powdered mixtures with milk, cream, and ghee/butter/oil.
Take milk powder in a plate.
Make lemon sized balls  out of the prepared mix and roll them in milk powder..

Keep aside in a lightly greased plate.Garnish with chopped nuts and keep it in refrigerator.
U can keep it in an air tight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Serve and enjoy...:-)
